As a Resourcing Assistant you will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of high calibre employees to work across our 180 UK & ROI stores.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an in-house resourcing team to gain some new / develop existing experiences within the HR field.
You will provide effective resourcing support to the business by building and maintaining essential relationships with hiring managers across the UK & ROI, supporting all their recruitment needs.
This includes:
- Managing the advertising of vacancies across appropriate websites
- Reviewing & shortlisting online applications or CV's against specific job role criteria
- Coordinating and conducting candidate interviews by telephone
- Working closely with internal stakeholders including those at Senior level
- Managing external stakeholder relationships which may including Job Centres and / or recruitment agencies
- Providing excellent recruitment best practice advice and guidance to ensure process and procedures are correctly adhered to
- Proactive talent sourcing and talent pool management
Candidate Requirements:
Previous recruitment experience or experience within an HR Field would be an advantage however is not necessary. The following attributes are a requirement for this role:
