Health, Safety and Environmental Expert

Do you have experience within a SHE role based at a manufacturing facility?

Do you hold a NEBOSH certification?

Can you write and deliver policies and procedures?

You will be reporting to the Health and Safety Manager and work with them to ensure that there is a buy in to the SHE processes, polices and procedures across the company.

The role will consist of:

• development and implementation ion of polices and procedures
• ensure the SHE management systems are kept updated
• train/coach staff with changes
• risk assessment, near misses, incidents etc...

You will need to posses:

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Experience in a SHE role in a manufacturing environment
• Auditing experience
• Proven experience in coaching/training
