New Opening Project Manager - Trampoline Park, Milton Keynes. GBP40K
A rapidly expanding provider of Trampoline Parks is looking for an exceptional Construction Project Manager to be based at their flagship site in Milton Keynes. With 2 sites open currently, and more on the way, the organisation offer a range of events suitable for toddlers through to adults, including Birthday parties, and Corporate events.
As Construction Project Manager, your key focus will be to take ownership of projects, from inception to delivery, for both new and existing parks. You will define the project scope, goals, deliverables and key success criteria for the project. Using your experience of managing budgets in excess of GBP1M you will look after every stage of the construction of the new site, from designs through to electricity and plumbing.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a project management role in Leisure, Retail or Hospitality. The ability to plan and to work to strict timelines. The candidate must have experience in dealing with and negotiating with several suppliers and contractors. Outstanding knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety standards.
For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and launch new sites of a rapidly expanding Trampoline Park organisation. Basic salary is GBP30-40K depending upon experience.
