Internal Sales Executive / Telesales

Automotive Aftermarket / Industrial MRO

We are looking to recruit internal sales / telesales executives to assist in growing sales into the automotive aftermarket and industrial / MRO sectors. If you have been working in internal sales or telesales and you possess a passion for 1st class customer service we would be keen to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals passionate about supporting sales and offering pristine levels of customer service. Is this you?

What ideally we need are people with???

  • Excellent verbal communications, clear diction and good command of the English language with a vibrant telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to build and establish relationships quickly via the telephone
  • Highly efficient with great attention to detail
  • Solid PC skills
  • Able to access and update the companies CRM system with precise information
  • Ability to recognise and act on up selling opportunities
  • Specifically target customers and roll out telesales campaigns and new product introductions
  • Work closely and in conjunction with the field sales team and account managers / marketing
  • Support the sales process through effective customer contact and customer service
  • Effectively deal with incoming customer enquiries
  • Ideally possess 2-3 years in a similar internal sales or internal selling role within a B2B environment
