Leeds Law School provides a full range of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses and has a long track record of achievement and ensuring student success. In all our activities, we ensure excellence in teaching and learning and student experience; our 2016 NSS overall student satisfaction rate of 91% is testament to this.
Our intake for September 2017 will mean that we need to expand our pool of part-time hourly paid staff to support the work that we do.
Successful candidates will be added to our list of suitably qualified and able staff who may be asked to carry out teaching and assessment related activities to one or more specific modules in the School's portfolio for some or all of the academic year.
We welcome applications from those who can teach all areas of law but we are especially interested in staff who can deliver teaching and training in Criminal Law, Criminal Litigation, Commercial Law, Company Law, Conveyancing, Equity and Trusts, Family Law, International Trade Law, Intellectual Property Law and Property Law on our Legal Practice Course or suite of undergraduate LLB programmes.
Applicants must have:
* an undergraduate degree UK law degree or CPE/GDL;
* A master's degree or a UK professional legal qualification with associated relevant PQE.
Candidates with previous teaching experience are preferred.
