Business Process Analyst - Lean Six Sigma

Our Birmingham based client is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their experienced Innovation & Delivery team.

You will come into the role with:
* Lean Six Sigma certification
* Strong professional services background within a complex business environment.
* Ability to work at all levels within an organisation from Senior Partners to more junior team members
* Strong process improvement, BPR & service redesign skills
* Experienced with "as is" and "to be" processes and full "end to end" delivery
* Understanding of business change methodology & the drivers of successful change management
