We have a superb opportunity available for a Food Operations Manager to join this well-known 4 star Hotel is the perfect venue for business or leisure.
This beautiful hotel set in parkland with stunning views across the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills, has superb luxury accommodation, brand new conference facilities plus a splendid leisure facilities.
We are looking for someone who :
- will possess excellent guest focus and a real passion for hospitality.
- have the ability to manage team members and lead by example within all areas of Food service only covering the restaurant, conference, room service and outside terrace.
- who understands that customer service is paramount to our business and that all guests receive a warm and personalised welcome, maintaining the personal touch.
- has an immaculate appearance along with a winning smile.
- has experience in a similar role within a 4* establishment is essential.
Due to location it is essential that you have your own transport and have full eligibility to work in the UK.
As Food Operations Manager, you will work 5 days out of 7 on a 40 hour week, however more hours may be required according to the needs of the business.
