Job description
The successful candidate will complete a Level 6 IT Systems & Networking degree and will spend 5% of the time at college. It is estimated that this apprenticeship will last around 3 years
Main Duties
- Providing basic IT support activity
- Proving first line support via IT Helpdesk
- Deploy and collect IT equipment as required
- Ensure personal and team objectives are met
- Help maintain organisations IT capability
- Day-to-day IT support
- Manage internal customer relations and ensure service excellence
- Actively contribute to maintaining the IT department overall SLA of 90% on full in time
- Maintain records pertaining the assignment and location of IT equipment
- Preparation of company PC's
- Installation of software on customer PC's
- Deployment and set up of PC's

- Communication skills
Qualifications
This apprenticeship is degree level and as such, a successful candidate will need to have gained or be predicated 3 A Levels, with at least one related to a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subject.
