A multi-AA Rosette hotel located in Gloucestershire is recruiting for the role of Head Chef

Role:

The General Manager of a country house hotel is seeking a Head Chef to take control of the kitchen in order to maintain the two AA Rosettes in place at the property but also further develop the properties reputation as a leading choice for dining and special events. Working with high quality produce that is largely sourced locally to the hotel the menus you create should be based around modern British flavours. As Head Chef you will be managing a team of ten chefs in the kitchen who are not only catering for the 'a la carte' restaurant but also the bar and the banqueting facilities at the venue.

Requirements:

It is essential that all chefs applying to this role have either achieved or maintained two AA Rosettes in a Head Chef role. However, all round cooking skills are necessary as you will be managing the whole food operation at the property. The role needs a strong team leader who will remain 'hands on' in the kitchen taking the time to develop the skills of your chefs.
