CY Executive Resourcing are pleased to be supporting Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the recruitment of an Associate Director of Financial Management, which is a newly created role to compliment their impressive Senior Finance Team.
The Associate Director of Financial Management is directly responsible for the overall management and performance of the Trusts Financial Management section including financial and non-financial reporting, monthly forecasting, budget setting and management and annual planning, as well as ensuring the provision of effective Business Partnering to all Divisions to support and influence strategic and operational decisions.
Reporting to and deputising for the Director of Operational Finance, the post holder will be a key member of the Senior Finance Team and will support the Director of Finance in ensuring that in-year financial reporting and future financial plans are robust.
We will need someone who has senior Financial Management experience, along with an in-depth understanding of strategic and operational planning, budgeting, performance and driving efficiencies. You will also need to be tenacious and resilient with excellent interpersonal skills and most importantly, able to lead by example.
In return, you will be provided with excellent development opportunities, working with outstanding clinicians and a team of highly commercial Executive colleagues who readily adopt different perspectives in achieving Trust aims.
