Our client provides luxury high quality bathroom and plumbing products across the globe. Their products can be found in some of the most iconic hotels and buildings in the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant who is looking to quickly progress in their career and be given the opportunity to step into a management position. This is an excellent role to get the career potential you want, developing your team and work closely with the retail operations manager to develop their new store.

Position Summary
As Senior Sales Consultant, you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the retail showroom, maximizing sales and profitability through the delivery of world class standards in customer service, showroom display and operational process.
You will manage, motivate and develop the team to ensure all targets are met and exceeded.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Build awareness of the brand in the market and maintain its image to the highest standards.
• Ensure showroom displays and general housekeeping are to the highest standards.
• Ensure customers are extended the highest level of customer service from the entire retail team.
• Identify, establish and develop profitable customer relationships.
• Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints.
• Develop and motivate retail team members to optimize sales though outstanding customer service and efficient processes.
• Set targets and monitor the performance of the sales team, identifying strengths and weaknesses and taking appropriate action.
• Produce working rota’s ensuring adequate showroom cover at all times.
• Ensure new starters successfully complete their induction programme.
• Manage stock levels of fast moving product.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are fully adhered to, with particular reference to CRM, quotation and order processing, returns and cases.
• Identify, develop and successfully execute marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective and existing customers, architects, interior designers and other relevant parties.
• Communicate new product developments to existing customers and employees.
• Conduct training on BAGNO design products and business processes.
• Conduct regular competitor visits reporting back on product, price, marketing activity and operational standards.
• Continually assess the performance of product displays providing recommendations for improvement.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies and practices.
• Execute your duties in accordance to the companies’ environment & quality policies.
