Working as part of a Governance team, you will have a friendly and professional attitude to develop excellent relationships with both colleagues and customers and be driven to succeed.
From the day you join, you'll be on the front line, working closely with colleagues to help them reduce their exposure to risk.
Later on, building on your skills, you could be offering expert guidance on sound risk awareness, driving improvements to the risk environment and culture across the organisation and helping managers to make risk informed business decisions.
You will be a Graduate on course for or obtained at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline, with an interest in the risk environment and the ability to communicate and engage colleagues and senior leaders in this subject.
