About the Internship
We are looking for a talented Intern to join Total UK Limited in its head office in central London.

In this role, you will provide administrative and technical support to the department. Gain knowledge through various assignments, work independently under limited supervision to complete projects, as well as obtaining and disseminating information to appropriate stakeholders and departments.

You will attend meetings, keep records of work progression and status, and you will also ensure timely achievement of project tasks and milestones, gather and analyze key data points, and recommend action steps accordingly.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to make a contribution by applying technical knowledge and skills to problem-solving and projects. The internship is typically for three to six months.
Closely involved in the London Headquarter move project
Help with projects coordination, eg. Telephony and Network.
Help support various internal corporate IT Help Desk tasks including laptop setup/configurations, software installations, troubleshooting IT problems, etc.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a bright students with the potential to develop / progress their knowledge and experience of Information Technology and Systems used in a corporate environment, a self starter with the ability to multitask effectively and to plan and prioritize. You will have a University degree and some proven experience managing projects. The varied nature of the position calls for a high level of adaptability and flexibility as well as strong communication skills.

* Graduate or about to graduate in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering or other IT related fields with a keen interest in IT and Systems.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to respect deadlines, plan and prioritise.
* Excellent communicator, a team player, comfortable with ambiguity and resolving complex problems.
* Working knowledge on a variety of hardware/software systems and Computer networks.
* Highly numerate and computer literate, with working knowledge in data governance and IT security.
