At CDL we are currently looking for an intermediate Data Analyst to come and join our team based in Stockport. You will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

About the Data Analyst role

You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and data quality of our vehicle data services, with the aim of providing the best solution to satisfy both internal and client requirements by improving existing services and developing new services and content. You will use your data analysis experience to manipulate and analyse data so that we can produce insight reports to our clients.

You will understand the various datasets held in relational databases, ensuring data provided by data suppliers is imported accurately, successfully and within SLA. This is a multi-faceted role that will see you working with Developers, DBA’s, Engineers, to implement delivery role. This is an ideal role for an experienced Data Analyst, who is looking for a new challenge in their career.

What we’re looking for in our Data Analyst

- Proven ability in a Data Analysis role

- A working knowledge of relational databases

- Demonstrable experience of communication with clients and managers

- Proven experience of using SQL / MYSQL

- Highly proficient in Excel

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Experience of “Workflow and Business Process” software would be advantageous

- Worked previously in an Agile environment

- IT / Business related Degree
