My client is a leading engineering company that manufacturers and supplies parts and products into the oil and gas sector globally.
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Executive role based at their site in Ellesmere Port on a fixed term contract for approximately 12 months covering maternity leave. This role is an immediate start date.
The role will see you performing a combination of technical customer service and internal sales duties. You will act as a dedicated point of contact responsible for resolving all technical customer queries with a set group of client accounts.
In addition you will be tasked with processing orders, liaising with internal departments and dealing with escalated issues. You will also work to set team targets and individual SLAs where you will be responsible for upselling and cross selling. This is not a new business role but you must be a persuasive and confident communicator who is able to identify opportunities to grow accounts when necessary.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an office based role within the industrial, engineering, automotive or manufacturing sector...although strong candidates from other areas will be considered. You will be competent with your Maths and English ability and able to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary for the role is GBP17-23k and there are both monthly and annual bonuses available based on performance. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and 08:30 - 16:00 on Friday.
