The Person
Key Requirements:
- Native English AND native Spanish is a must
- Interest in financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
- University degree
- Client facing work experience, preferably in the retail finance industry is desired but not essential
- A real desire and ambition to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure
- A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics
- An exceptional and professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the relationships with our retail clients, key institutional accounts and partners
- Servicing clients (institutional and retail) via phone and email
- Phone trading - execution of trades and orders from clients over the phone
- Frontline handling of trade queries
- Dealing with KYC documents and overseeing the account opening process
- Actively contacting clients on the phone and email regarding KYC documents
- Supporting the trading desk with numerous tasks
- Working closely and effectively with the team across the ayondo group
