ProSystems & Professional Development Coordinator - Northumberland Col

Northumberland College has two main campuses at Ashington and Kirkley Hall and centres at Hexham and Berwick.

We offer hundreds of full-time and part-time courses, work with students aged 14-18, mature students, higher education students and employers from numerous industry sectors.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead on initiatives to improve the Advance Pro-systems (these to date include ProMonitor, ProObserve and ProAchieve) and their effectiveness for both supporting learners and monitoring progress.
• Lead and chair steering groups working with both managers and staff within the organisation to improve Advance Pro-systems.
• Research and implement innovative approaches to Learning, Teaching and Assessment.
• Organise and Develop support and training for staff and managers across all college campuses.
