The Role *Business to business development, with both current and new clients *Fee negotiation *Pro-active candidate sourcing through various channels *Full cycle recruitment management The Package *Competitive starting base of GBP20,000 - 23,000 *Uncapped commission (realistic first year OTE GBP40,000+) *In depth training and clear career progression plan *Weekly and monthly target based incentives The requirements *Speak French - NATIVE or FLUENT *Bachelor's degree and / or previous sales experience (at least six months) *Fluency in written and spoken English *Excellent work ethic and target driven *Confident and resilient This vacancy is for a full-time permanent role.
