Your role with us
As part of our investment in business administration, we are currently looking to appoint a Clinical Administrator (CA) in the Women's Mental Health Pathway to commence employment from August 2017. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for administrative support to the activities of the Responsible Clinician and the designated Leads, including cross cover for administrative team members. The duties will include diary management, supporting meetings, compiling information, typing and producing a range of documents and reports. Your proactive input will be welcome for improving the way we work and communicate and a key part of the role will be to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring business needs are fully met.

You will positively support all members of your team; driving forward the culture of business administration within your service through effective two way communication, adherence to all processes, and professional standards.

Your profile
You will have gained experience in a similar role within a similar setting. Strong all round administration and organisational skills are essential.

You will have a proven ability to produce high quality, professional documents, with intermediate/ advanced keyboard skills. You need good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level Word & Outlook) and be able to understand and present financial and statistical information. You will have previous experience in, and be confident with taking and transcribing minutes of meetings.
Able to work collaboratively or on your own initiative, you will have a strong customer focus and good communication skills.

You will be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English. If you hold RSA 1 or equivalent and/or NVQ Level 2/3 in Customer Service or Business Administration, that will be desirable but not essential.
