Leeds Building Society is looking for a Resource Co-ordinator to join our MI & Planning department, based at City Exchange Office in the heart of Leeds city centre.
About the role
The Resource coordinator will assist with the creation and maintenance of accurate volume forecasts and resource requirements for all departments, working with key stakeholders to ensure all known activities are factored in.
Using the Society's IRMS tool the coordinator will ensure efficient resource planning to enable service standards to be delivered, in particular for Contact Centre, Service Desk & Direct Mortgages business areas.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a Resource Planning function within a call centre environment or able to demonstrate an understanding of the skills necessary to be effective within the role
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail is essential
