HR MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible and accountable for the provision of all localized Human Resources support, tactical delivery and strategy within the Beeline EMEA organization.

This role will work closely under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, to ensure alignment to global HR strategy, in concert with being autonomous to implement and maintain a localized approach

that is appropriate for the EMEA organization. Close partnership with the SVP, EMEA Markets and Operations is integral to the success of this role.

Reports to Managing Director, Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the 'custodian' and 'champion' for our Beeline culture - both at a global, and local level.
  • Serves as primary HR contact for employee relations issues within Beeline;
  • Manages all employee HR matters from hiring, performance management to terminations;
  • Oversee and perform all local recruitment efforts, in conjunction with the Beeline global recruitment specialist;
  • Administers Company policies and procedures, while providing guidance to business unit management team regarding those policies;
  • Identifies training and development needs. Develops and delivers training to applicable management and colleagues as required;
  • Develop a local approach to professional growth, development and leadership. Ensure that the Beeline '9 principles' are practiced and 'lived' in the EMEA organization;
  • Ensures compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations;
  • Conducts investigations as needed in order to promptly respond to any internal complaints;
  • Works in conjunction with outside counsel in order to ensure compliance and adherence to UK based employment, immigration and other related legislation and process (including TUPE);
  • Plan, direct, and establish all functions of the local HR Department; (including employee relations, employment, immigration, compliance, training);
  • Establish company policies, guidelines and manuals (as required from time to time) for all UK and EMEA employees;
  • Assist in the establishment of local compensation, reward and recognition practices;
  • Act as the primary liaison to all external providers of outsourced expertise (i.e. benefits and payroll administration, pension scheme support)
  • Provide guidance and support in relation to employee enquires about medical, dental other offered benefits;
  • Consult, advise on and mediate employee disputes as required;
  • Serve as company representative with federal and local government agencies;
  • Establish and maintain company community activity involvement programs - connected to corporate social responsibility, advocacy and wellness programs;
  • Monitor company leave policy for equitable delivery;
  • Support senior management to effect organization change, re-structuring and workforce planning;
  • Complete monthly reporting in relation to employee turnover / headcount analysis;
  • Facilitate delivery and results analysis of workplace surveys.
SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a professional services environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent 'soft' skills (people management and relationship building);
  • High-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment;
  • Outstanding communications skills (written and oral);
  • Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
