Due to the expansion of our services, we are now seeking to appoint Support Workers in our residential services, our domiciliary care services and in our Day Centre. We have a number of positions available from 15 to 37.5 hours per week.
Aspire in the Community is a specialist provider of support services for people with a learning disability, Autism and mental health needs. We specialise in supporting those individuals who have significant support needs and whose behaviours may present as complex and challenging as well as people with communication difficulties.
The roles we have available entail some shift and weekend work and you may be required to undertake occasional sleep in duties for which you will paid £67.50 per night.
Our pay scales are competitive and we offer all training free of charge as well as flexible working patterns.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals on a daily basis to fulfil their potential, assisting with support to engage in social activities, personal care, household tasks, budgeting and developing personal independence.
You don't need to be experienced to apply for this role - we have a great induction programme and we will support you to acheive qualifications at no cost to yourself.
