Assistant Manager - Subway - Michaelwood Services
Up to GBP18,500 per annum plus fantastic benefits
We have a fabulous opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the Subway team. This role is all about assisting the Store Manager to maintain a high quality of store operation, analyse financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. You will support, implement and communicate company policies, processes and procedures.
The role involves the recruitment, training and development of a high performing team. You will drive and develop the team to exceed all customer expectations, and ensure your own development is fully explored.
You will certainly lead from the front, be a real 'hands on' manager, establishing and maintaining the culture that the 'customer is paramount' and requires undivided attention, treating all employees with respect and dignity and fostering an environment where the entire team does the same.

The successful applicant will have: The ability to work within a team, Leadership and planning skills, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, high energy level and enthusiasm, effective time management skills, training skills, a high degree of detail orientation, self motivation, a highly professional attitude, proficiency in Maths and English, problem solving and decision making abilities, the ability to provide constructive criticism to impact results, excellent PC and administration skills (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel), resilience with a clear ability to handle multiple issues, proven results in a previous role.
