We are looking to recruit an administrator who is able to work as part of a busy, flexible team, by providing responsive administrative support to the Community, Employability and Projects team ensuring that both learner and staff needs are met and that all work is carried out in accordance with agreed College administrative procedures and quality standards.

The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality support service to the Community, Employability and Projects Coordinator and both internal and external clients whose focus is on strategic objectives.

You will be able to work flexibly as part of the team, developing and operating administrative processes, tracking systems, enrolments, producing purchase orders, invoices and all monitoring procedures to ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with College, funded and community partner requirements.

You will also be required to carry out data management activities in accordance with the College's administrative processes and audit requirements to preserve the integrity, validity and accuracy of learner and project records.

Finally you will also be rquired to act as a key point of contact and information, running Community, Employability and Projects 'base' and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Although this role is currently short term, there is potential for this role to be extended if team objectives are achieved.

The role is 37 hours per week

The salary for this role GBP17,381 - GBP19,377.
