Our client is one of the largest and oldest independent Builders’ Merchants in the east of England with fourteen diverse sites. They are able to meet the needs of the professional builder and decorator, and those of their private customers.

This is an exciting career opportunity and a rare chance to help manage a soon to be opened store in an exciting location. You will contribute to achieving the company’s monthly and yearly financial and business objectives, including establishing them as the ‘Retailer of Choice’ in it’s market.

They are looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and previous supervisory experience. With the ability to deliver results through a team, you will be comfortable dealing with customers and closing sales whilst understanding how to manage and maintain stock levels.

Knowledge of decorative products is not essential but candidates who have this would be advantageous.
