JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-

Customer Service Representative
Permanent
Leicester based
£18,000 Mon to Fri 9am-5pm

Our client is looking for a customer service professional with at least two years experience in a customer service role.

Role profile: 
• Managing incoming customer queries and complaints
• Processing customer orders
• Contacting customers to deal with price, stock availability, offering alternatives and advice
• Liaise with other internal departments including purchasing, warehouse, accounts to resolve queries
• Keep the CRM system up to date with customer details

Person profile:
• Confident and self motivated
• Excellent communicator both written and oral
• Good working knowledge of databases

Essential criteria:
• At least two years experience in a customer service role
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
• Experience of online orders

Desired criteria:
• Educated to “A” level standard
• Ecommerce experience an advantage
