Graduate Management TraineeGBP21,000 - GBP21,500 per annum plus Benefits37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

We offer exciting career opportunities for Graduate Management Trainees across engineering, science, environmental, commercial and business disciplines.

As a Graduate Management Trainee you will see the diversity of career opportunities our business offers, equipping you with the skills, knowledge and experience to build a successful career with us. You will undertake a series of work placements within the company which could see you specialising in our Energy Recovery Facilities, at one of our Recycling or Landfill centres, Logistics or within Central Functions preparing you for key roles in operational, engineering, projects, performance improvement and business roles.

The programme includes:

- An Orientation and Induction week to familiarise yourself with our business

- A range of placements across our business, or rotational placements within specific business areas

- Responsibility for completing specific tasks or projects during each placement

- Regular training and development zones to develop your skills in management, leadership and business, training in health and safety and environmental compliance seminars, inter-personal skills and other development activities relevant to your area of specialism

- The opportunity to study towards an accredited management-level apprenticeship

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and disciplined with an appetite for learning. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a fast changing industry.

Due to the diverse nature of our business and opportunities we provide, we consider all disciplines of qualification although engineering or science degrees will be considered an advantage. A full clean driving licence is essential to the role and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
