As part of Muller UK and Ireland group, Muller Milk and Ingredients is a fresh milk, cream and butter business with a network of dairies servicing customers throughout the country. With rapid and continued organic growth and exciting future progressions on the horizon, we are looking for Dairy Engineers to join our Bridgwater Dairy.
As a Dairy Engineer, you will diagnose faults, repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical machinery and components on site. This will involve actively seeking and implementing new improvement methods to increase reliability and improve efficiencies. You will carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules and interpret and implement technical service instruction data relating to the machinery and equipment.
Key skills & experience:
* Proven experience in using CMMS system
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise work load to achieve operational and personal targets
* Proven track record in maintenance
* ONC/HNC/IOSHH
FMCG/Food related experience would be beneficial however not essential for those with solid engineering background, transferable skills and a desire to join the industry.
