Trainee Drainage Technician- Bristol **Full Training
My client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Drainage, Transport and Flood Risk Engineering, is searching for a Trainee Technician to join an established team of Drainage specialists based in Bristol.
It is essential that applicants have a strong A Levels in Mathematics or Engineering and/or a HNC/HND in Civil Engineering.
Candidates are required to have a keen interest in a career in Civil Engineering hoping to specialise in Flood Risk, Drainage and Transport Engineering.
This exciting Trainee role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a bespoke team of experienced Engineers who will offer full training and the potential of further education whilst working with the team in Bristol. You will be trained to work on varied Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare Projects from feasibility to completion for Private Sector Clients.
Applicants will also be trained to complete the following;
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Surface Water Drainage Strategy and detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage.
-Drainage Area Planning.
-Surface Water Management Plans.
-Civil Engineering Design.
