Our client based in the heart of Cirencester are not only a market leader in products they provide but growing rapidly and actively seeking a candidate with the ability to provide an excellent customer experience within a sales environment.
Along with developing new business, providing quotes and closing sale opportunities you will be required to maintain existing relationships of return users and massive contracts.
Duties of a Direct Sales Advisor will include:
• To deliver sales targets, convert calls and quotations to customers through advising, influencing and upselling
• Maximising every opportunity
• Manage catalogue requests
• Continually look or business opportunities
• Receive and process customer orders
• Negotiating prices and discounts, using a sound financial and technical awareness within parameters
• Capturing important data and authorising
• Work alongside distribution advising customers of installation dates
• Deal with a variety of after sales queries
• Provide total customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will:
• Previous account management of sales experience would be desirable
• A passion for sales
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Confident individual
• Create a total customer orientated experience
• Ability to multi-task
• MS packages experience
