Chase Associates are an established Employment Agency based in the heart of Gloucester. With consistent year on year growth we're now looking for 2 new people to join our team.
Position 1: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, (basic salary up to GBP24,000, OTE GBP28,000+)
(80% New Business Development, 20% Existing Client Account Management)
Position 2: CONTRACTS CONTROLLER, (basic salary up to GBP24,000, OTE GBP28,000+)
(80% Existing Client Account Management, 20% New Business Development
Each of the above roles are varied, demanding and will both challenge and reward you. Duties include: -
• New Business Development
• Account Management
• Recruitment & Placement of Workers
• Planning
• Associated Administration
Applicants must have: -
• A minimum of 2 years' experience of selling a product or service to business
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK Driving license
As well as comprehensive training and the support of our team, you will also enjoy: -
• A competitive basic salary (dependent upon previous experience)
• Monthly and quarterly bonus
• Annual profit share
• Company pension
• Use of company pool car for client meetings, (or mileage allowance if using your own vehicle)
