Face to Face Conservation Fundraiser

Location: Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Buckingham, Rugby, Coventry
Salary starting at: GBP17,276 to GBP18,715 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
The environment has never been more at threat than it is today. Our wildlife is facing greater peril like never before. The RSPB, as Europe's largest conservation charity, is at the forefront of conservation, campaigning and education to ensure that we protect what is left of our precious natural world.
As a charitable organisation, we can't function without public support which creates the funding to enable us to carry out our national and international work. As a key part of our fundraising team, you will play a pivotal role in securing these funds and ensuring that a whole new generation are connected to the cause of saving nature, by encouraging the public to become members of the RSPB at venues and events around the region.
This is an extremely rewarding and fun role. It can be challenging at times, but you will be part of a great team who are passionate, supportive and dedicated to the cause.
From the very beginning you will be given a thorough induction to the role, involving national training, induction to our team culture and ongoing support from Line Managers and experienced fundraisers. We support you to succeed, and if you exhibit the desire and passion to excel then also the support to progress within the RSPB and externally.
