Customer Care Officer
Job Description The world's leading provider of security solutions with operations in over 100 countries worldwide is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join their expanding team in York. This role will involve travelling to multiple locations to support different sites around the area. As the Customer Care Officer your duties will include:
??? Being the first point of contact on our customer sites meeting and greeting the general public and supporting the staff and visitors on daily basis.
??? Presenting at all times, a smart, alert, visible and commanding presence at the premises of our clients
??? Working as a part of a team delivering great customer service and resolving day to day issues confidently and empathetically.
??? Daily shift logs to be completed accurately, taking appropriate action throughout your shift.
??? Ensuring the safety and security of clients' buildings and assets in accordance with our Site Assignment Instructions.
??? Liaising with contractors on site, basic repair tasks including climbing ladders.
To be a successful Customer care Officer you will have the following skills and experience:
??? Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
??? Be fluent in spoken and written English.
??? A five-year checkable history due to mandatory referencing.
??? A valid front line SIA Licence or current certificate of completion of SIA front line training is advantageous but full training and SIA badge will be provided.
Full time, part time contracts and casual workers agreements are available. You will be working between Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:15 with occasional weekend work.
In return, the Area Security Officer will receive a salary of GBP7.96 per hour.
