Salary in the range of GBP20,614 - GBP25,235 per annum including London Weighting
36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Harrow Hill Campus
Following a planned merger, Harrow and Uxbridge College are combining their employer focused provision to build and enhance the growth of training, skills and apprenticeship provision in west London. This post is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to play a key role in the growth of our work with local employers.
As Employer Relationship Officer, you will initiate and build strong relationships with employers, to enable the sales team to identify and sell training solutions. You will contact employers, schedule employer appointments and ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is maintained. You will also assist the team to develop and manage territory plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Together with strong administrative, organisational and IT skills, you will have excellent customer service and relationship building skills. If you enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced and target-focused environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in an employer-focused role, and develop your career in this exciting area of provision.
