Area Fundraiser

Hope House believe that no one should face the death of a child alone. In order to meet the growing demand for our services we have to double our fundraising income in the next 8 years.

Hope House has a unique opportunity available for an Area Fundraiser to join the team based Near Shrewsbury and/or Telford based in the fundraising office in Oswestry. The role is a full time permanent position, however part time working may be considered. We are offering the Area Fundraiser a salary of £23,100 - £28,940 per annum (FTE).

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Area Fundraiser with a proven track record in professional fundraising and/or sales; who can help us raise the vital income we need from corporate and community supporters.

To become our Area Fundraiser you’ll need to demonstrate that you can:

- Work to financial and activity targets

- Communicate and build relationships with a diverse range of people, face to face and by telephone

- Bounce back from rejection

- Effectively manage budgets and multi-task to meet tight deadlines

A full driving licence together with the flexibility to work frequent evenings and weekends are also essential.
