Skills:

•Strong administrative background

•Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload

Main responsibilities include:

•Assisting with supplier and raw material approvals, maintaining all records to a high standard and keeping documentation up to date.
•Assisting with processing and logging all customer complaints received.
•Assisting with data analysis, identification of trends and reporting on findings.
•Reviewing and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), keeping all documentation electronically and hard copies up to date.
•General administrative duties.
•Organising the weekly customer complaint related meeting, sending out the agenda internally, and booking the meeting room required and taking minutes.
•Supporting the Quality Assurance department with any other duties as required
