Role: PMO Analyst
Location: Wilmslow
Salary: circa. GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 + 9% bonus + benefits (28 days' holiday + double pension contribution)

Due to a project expansion we have an exciting new permanent opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join Group Technology and Change (GTC) in Wilmslow.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Solvency II Projects across areas including Resource Management, Reporting & Governance.

Main responsibilities:

  • To provide support for the overall control and management of the local Project Portfolio and Operation through all or part of the following:
  • To provide project reporting services
  • To provide portfolio, programme and project support, governance & compliance services
  • To provide operational reporting services
  • To provide invoicing and cost recording services
  • To provide office management services
  • To provide risk management services

Skills required:

  • Excellent Microsoft Project experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience including Pivot and Macro development experience
  • Excellent SharePoint skills
  • Extremely strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong planning experience with a proven ability and experience in pulling together many different workstreams into one cohesive plan.
  • You will be used to working with multi layered plans and reporting off them
  • Background in Financial Services.
  • Experience in Solvency II background, or heavily Governance focused role would be highly desirable.
