One of the South East's leading motor retailers currently has a vacancy for a Saturday Receptionist/Telephonist to join their busy Toyota showroom in Gillingham.Hours of work are Saturday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with flexibility to work bank holidays in conjunction with the other Receptionists plus occasional cover on a Sunday (10.00 am to 4.00 pm) to cover any holidays/sickness.
The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant, calm and polite telephone manner and be able to deal with a variety of customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, together with strong inter-personal skills and an outgoing personality, and the ability to confidently communicate with customers to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.
Basic computer skills are required for our computerised call logging system. Previous switchboard experience would be desirable but full training will be provided.
