Customer Service Advisor Yeovil
GBP19k basic plus bonus GBP24k OTE
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor based within a 20 mile radius of Yeovil to work for a leading motor group.
Joining the service team as a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all service and repair enquiries, keeping customers updated and informed of the progress of their cars whilst in the workshop. The role also involves selling added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties which are key to customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience of,
• Dealing with customers in person and on the phone
• Booking in customers for service and repairs
• Liaising with the workshop for updates and repair details
• Updating customers with additional work and costs if necessary
• Arranging collection and delivery of customer cars
• Checking in and out of courtesy cars
• Invoicing and collecting payments
Your commitment to delivering a great customer service and maintaining a good working relationships within the team is important in this role.
