Smart Recruitment has an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the pharmaceutical industry as an HR Administrator to join their growing HR team.

Responsibilities include:

-Maintaining the company training records to a high standard, ensuring records meet ISO and GMP standards, and are accurate and audit ready at all times.
-Maintaining all personnel records to a high standard and filing all documentation.
-Logging all holiday requests for Production and Warehouse employees.
-Producing letters and documentation for new and existing employees as required.
-Assisting with producing all new employee induction packs.
-Providing the accounts department with a monthly expenses report.
-Manage the company car fleet records.
-Supporting the team with additional HR duties and projects as required by the HR Manager.

Desired Skills:

-Strong administrative background
-Excellent IT skills including being confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Either experience working in HR or a keen interest in HR.
-Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload
-Excellent organisational skills
-Good communication skills.
