CNC Folding press brake operator
Machines: Amada
Salary: GBP9-11 per hour, GBP(Apply online only) per annum (negotiable, DOE), plus overtime opportunities, plus benefits
Hours: DAYS 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-1pm Friday (39 hour week, can start earlier)
Highbridge, Somerset
Are you an experienced folding press brake machinist, happy to set and operate work, from one-offs to small size batch work?
Have you the ability to work unsupervised, with tight deadline requirements needing quickly accurately produced work?
Based in Highbridge, the client is a specialist fabricator supplier, producing from one-offs to larger batches, within the OEM and other markets.
Main duties of the job
* Setting and operating the CNC folding break press; forming and folding
* Understanding and reading of technical 2D specifications
* Work independently, with minimal supervision
* Producing work to tight lead-times
Experience and skills required
* Strong CNC press brake skills
* Precision engineering experience
* Understanding and reading of technical 2D specifications
* Open to sheet metal working training
