Meridian Business Support are currently looking for a HR Advisor in the Bath area. This is an exciting full time role based within the public sector. This role will be on a temporary basis for the next 6 months.
The main duties of this role will include:
- The HR Advisor acts as the first point of contact for all HR queries for their delegated area, including complex recruitment issues, employee relations, Medical and Dental & Agenda for Change terms and conditions and Trust HR Policies and Procedures.
- The post holder is responsible for the timely action and appropriate administration of HR processes related to the employment life cycle, e.g. maternity leaves, end of fixed term contract notifications etc.
- Key to the success of this role is a customer orientated approach to HR service delivery, which shows an awareness of the function of the whole Operational HR Team in the support that it provides to their delegated area.
