Our client, a large manufacturer in the heart of Chard, is seeking a manager to join their busy catering team.

We are looking for an individual to manage a busy staff canteen. Key duties include the day to day running of this facility, in addition to motivating the team, creating menus, stock control and delivering excellent customer service to all users.

In return you will receive GBP9.02 per hour, plus holiday pay, with a pay review planned soon after starting - but it doesn't stop there. This major employer provides their staff with great benefits including a subsidised canteen, company pension scheme and free on-site parking.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a current food hygiene certificate.

You will be working 36.5 hours/week from Monday-Friday. You will be required to cover canteen opening hours which are from (Apply online only), with an additional hour to be worked either before or after these opening times to suit you. The canteen closes at 1230 on Fridays.

This full-time role is on a temporary basis initially, but offers long term prospects for the successful candidate.
