We are looking for an experienced Care Supervisor to join our fantastic care team at Critchill Court in Frome.

The role involves supervising our night care team to support our residents to ensure they are provided with the highest standard of care. Experience of working in a care setting is essential alongside a level 2 in health and social care or equivalent.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer, Supervisor or Shift Leader who is looking for career progression as Somerset Care offers great training to support your career development.

Critchill Court is a specialist dementia home set in the picturesque town of Frome. The home offers a varied programme of activities for our residents to take part in, a team of highly-trained, qualified care staff which helps to create a comfortable and safe environment.

To join our team we are looking for:
• Experience of working in a care setting
• Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 and willing to work towards a higher relevant qualification
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• Someone who is able to demonstrate strong and fair leadership qualities to a high standard
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and use your own initiative
