* Receiving and processing alert files for Imports
* Receive airline import documents and book in using K+N operating platform
* Communicating with Customers to ensure accurate import documentation
* Input of import entry to K+N CSP for Customs processes
* Supporting the team in daily operational activities
* Production of delivery documents
* Maintaining customer reports and information flows to meet customer demand
* Working to ensure customer base receives excellent service levels
* Development of new sales opportunities for the team's and company's benefit
* Performing general office duties

Your skills and experience:

* Previous experience within the Freight Forwarding Industry
* Fully conversant with all aspects of Customs Procedures, including the UK Customs tariff
* Previous experience of Import CSP's
* Previous knowledge of the Aviation Industry would be considered advantageous
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Computer literate
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team is essential
* Sound Educational background
* Clean Driving Licence
