Connex Education is looking for a SEND specialising Teaching Assistant in Solihull to work with one of our client primary schools in a day-to-day role.
This position will involve supporting pupils with SEND in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, adapting to their individual needs and helping to improve their engagement with the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of a range of SEND and excellent interpersonal skills. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will also be expected to have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues. In addition to this, in order to apply, you must have a Level 3 TA qualification and at least 6 months of previous experience as a SEND focused Teaching Assistant.
