Job Description Sous Chef - Amazing Venue
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for one of our AMAZING VENUES set in the Heart Of Kent - this property is breath taking and not your usual place of work.
This popular, prestigious venue for conferences, wedding's and functions, as well as welcoming 600,000-day visitors each year. We have a range of catering outlets and restaurants for our day visitors as well as offering five-star dining for wedding and conference guests.
This role would suit a Sous Chef who has experience in catering for functions for up to 250 covers as well as fine dining to fit in with the high standards that is offered in our banqueting kitchens. As Sous Chef you will oversee a small team and be responsible for ordering, menu planning, cleanliness and stock rotation of the kitchen.
GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 + Progression
To work 5 out of 7 days in line with business needs
