This company is a spin of an established architecture and design studio by a highly awarded Russian architecture and interior design studio. The company has many noted accomplishments in the bespoke design of private homes and apartments to commercial projects and public city spaces. This year sees the launch of London's new studio, which will offer a bespoke range of furniture and interior pieces for the burgeoning market.
With their new launch comes an excellent and exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial, focused, and ambitious professional to help them to plan and establish the business in their London arm.
They are looking for a Russian Speaking Personal Assistant to provide effective secretary and administrative support to the Business Director and providing full reception, secretarial and administrative support to all the services provided by the Company, as may be required for the effective and efficient operation of, and reporting on the service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient Diary and Email management.
- Providing effective management of visitors and calls.
- Handling daily mail and filing.
- Organizing conference calls, meeting and events.
- Planning ahead/research of key events and meetings.
- Providing effective management of travel arrangements for all.
- Preparing and submitting monthly expenses for all.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on the payment of invoices.
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, Board papers etc.
- Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the company.
- Working with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
- Representing the company when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will:
- Speak fluent Russian and English
- Have been educated to a good degree level (min Bachelor)
- Have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents.
- Have previous experience of providing PA support to a senior level person (an advantage but not a requisite).
- Have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Have accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details.
- Have strong organizational, communication and social skills.
- Have responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Have ability to work in a start-up environment, under tremendous amount of uncertainly and stress, being able to feel, appreciate and use the drive of the team.
- Have references from previous employers.
- Have a right to work in the UK.
