We are Austin Fraser. We do recruitment .and While there are thousands of recruitment consultancies, there are none quite like us.

We've been around since 2007 and since then we've had some big stuff happen...we've even touched down in Germany and America and we plan to continue making our mark across the globe. It's a great time to join us. We're looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our ever growing consultancy, but we don't just want anyone and everyone...we want the best.

What do we mean by the best?

We need people who are going to continuously make the effort to better themselves. Recruitment isn't always the easiest journey, which is why resilience is so important. The best to us means giving it your all - we understand that success comes at different speeds for everyone and we are prepared to support you through all of your struggles, as long as we see the dedication from you. Ideally, you will have some substantial sales experience and have some great communication skills as the role requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
