Reporting to the Asset Management Admin Team Leader, you will deliver an efficient office- based Admin Support Service for our Maintenance Officers. Duties will include raising purchase ledger orders, the co-ordination, collation and delivery of all administrative tasks and paperwork relating to the maintenance of our properties.

Strong administrative, organisational, IT and problem solving skills are all essential. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues will be essential.

You must have excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Excel, Office and in-house software programmes) with the ability to accurately input data, ideally have had exposure to either a maintenance, facilities or helpdesk environment and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
